KAFKA GOSE

Leipzig’s Gose style beer, brewed with fresh ginger, lemon, Cervia’s sweet sea salt and coriander.

The beers that we would like to make are many, that's why we created KAFKA, a series of "one shot" beers where we can experiment and try out new ingredients. That’s why KAFKA will be a beer in constant change, in metamorphosis, just like the caterpillar turning into a moth. 
KAKFA as a tribute to the author of the most famous story about metamorphosis.
